Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 7–15 business days Canada: 10–18 business days United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days Rest of World: 12–25 business days
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Why Shipping May Take Time Our products are carefully crafted and shipped from our international warehouses to ensure the best quality and value for our customers worldwide. This allows us to keep costs low and pass those savings directly to you. While this means delivery may take a little longer than domestic shipping, rest assured that every order is handled with care and shipped through trusted carriers.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.
Tracking Your Order Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 2–5 days after shipping for tracking information to update, as carriers may take a short time to scan your package into their system.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
