Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, simply send us a photo of the issue and we'll ship out a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund — no need to return the original item. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Conditions To be eligible, please make your request within 60 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging when possible. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been physically altered or intentionally damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, no return is required we will issue a replacement or refund based on photo evidence of the issue, and we cover all costs. For non-defective returns or change-of-mind requests, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, are non refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Processing Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to fully reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. International transactions may require additional processing time.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@orbitly.store within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we confirm your request, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Australia & New Zealand If you are located in Australia or New Zealand, nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If a product has a major fault, is not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do, you are entitled to a refund or replacement regardless of the timeframes stated above.
